The Center maintains full time board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetist and a nursing staff with extensive hospital OR and PACU experience.We are a state licensed and Medicare approved facility, affiliated with most major HMOs and PPO's and is accredited by Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC).

Watkins Mill Rd, Gaithersburg (free parking). Check in on arrival; we’ll review forms and start prep. Arrive 60 minutes early.
We take most commercial plans (HMO/PPO), Medicare, Workers’ Comp. Bring insurance cards. Many plans need pre-cert—have your surgeon send paperwork so we can secure approval.
